If your order is placed before 12 noon it will be ready after 1PM same day and the order is placed after 12PM it will be ready for pickup at 7AM the following day.  Orders will be held for 3 business days unless other arrangements have been made.



Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast/neck and is great for smoking and making corned beef.


Chuck Steak

Chuck steak is inexpensive and comes from the muscle between the neck and shoulder blades of the beef cattle, traditionally cut into 1″ steaks.


Club Steak

The club steak is from the rib area and the difference between a Club Steak and a Delmonico Steak is that the Club steak still has the rib bone on it.


Cube Steak

Square cuts of meat tenderized and flattened by pounding with a meat tenderizer, 4 Per package.



This is a trimmed and deboned steak off of the rib roast and many people think of this as a “prime rib” steak.


Flank Steak

A large cut of beef from the lower chest, it’s about a foot long and 1 inch think and a very lean piece of meat.
