 If your order is placed before 12 noon it will be ready after 1PM same day and the order is placed after 12PM it will be ready for pickup at 7AM the following day.  Orders will be held for 3 business days unless other arrangements have been made.

NY Strip Steak

The strip steak is a cut of beef steaks from the short loin from a cow and is a well marbled, full bodied and rich with beefy flavor.

Beef tail that’s cut partial at the base of each one and packaged whole.

Short Ribs

These come from the lower part of the rib cage (below the prime rib) and have a nice layer of fatn making them very full of flavor. Many people slow cook them in a crock pot or braising them.

Skirt Steak

The skirt steak is a long flat piece of meat that comes from under the rib. It is not the most tender piece of meat but is very flavorful when cooked, many chefs cook it in a cast iron skillet.

T-Bone Steak

The T-bone steak is from the loin and the larger piece of meat is the NY Strip steak and the small piece is the Tenderloin steak. The Porterhouse steak which is similar has a larger portion of Tenderloin in it as it is further up the loin.

Tenderloin Steaks

A long, narrow, and lean muscle located within the short loin that is very tender, cut 1″ thick and packed 2 per package. Can be left whole on special request.
